At Sabhaa, we maintain a no return or exchange policy to ensure hygiene, quality control, and fairness to all customers. Since we deal primarily in cotton suits and ethnic wear, returning products may lead to handling issues that compromise the fabric’s quality and resale value.

Additionally, color variations due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions are inevitable, but we make every effort to showcase products as accurately as possible. Allowing returns for such minor variations is impractical and could lead to inventory management challenges.

To maintain transparency, we provide detailed size charts, fabric descriptions, and high-resolution images before purchase, helping customers make informed decisions. We encourage customers to clarify any doubts before ordering to avoid post-purchase concerns.

However, we take responsibility for orders that are damaged in transit or incorrectly sent. In such cases, we offer a replacement or refund, provided customers submit an unedited unpacking video with our logo intact within 24 hours of delivery.
