Our Shipping & Dispatch Policy

At Sabhaa, we handle every piece with care, ensuring it reaches you quickly and safely. Please read our policy for clarity on dispatch, delivery, and costs.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We prioritize safe, tracked shipping for all orders across India.

  • Dispatch Time (Processing) : Once payment is confirmed, we take up to 48 working hours to complete a final quality check, pack, and prepare your order for courier pickup.
  • Courier Partners: We primarily ship via India Post - Speed Post for nationwide reach. When Speed Post service is unavailable for your location, we utilize reliable partners like Professional Couriers or ST Couriers.
  • Delivery Duration: After dispatch, our standard shipping typically takes 2 to 7 working days to reach you, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Costs : The final shipping fee is calculated at checkout, based on the total value of your order.
  • Tracking: We believe in personalized service! Your tracking information is shared with you via email or WhatsApp, often accompanied by an image of your final parcel, to ensure you have all the details you need within 24 hours of dispatch.

Kindly keep in mind that festivals, sundays and weather inclinations may cause a delay in delivery. Sabhaa is not responsible for logistic delays in such cases. 

We really appreciate you tracking the parcels on your end once its shipped and wait till the mentioned timeframe to receive your orders.

2. International Shipping (Global Orders)

We use premium, fast services to send your exclusive pieces worldwide.

Shipping Methods & Time

  • Courier Partner: We exclusively use premium express services like India post Air parcel
  • Delivery Duration: International packages typically arrive in 4 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance in your country.

Costs, Customs, and Duties (Crucial Information)

  • Shipping Costs: The international shipping cost is calculated manually after your order is confirmed, based on the weight and dimensions of your selected pieces. We will confirm the exact cost with you via WhatsApp before final payment.
  • Duty, Tax, and Fees: Please note that international orders MAY incur local duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival in your country (like Qatar). These charges are NOT included in your shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict these charges.
